This is a well rounded gentle class, that incorporates teachings of the 8 Limbs of Yoga.
Expect a balanced sequence of yoga postures (asana) to gently mobilise, stretch, cleanse and strengthen the physical body, beneficial breathing techniques (pranayama) and concentration (dharana) or meditation (dhyana) practices and of course a nice long savasana (relaxation). 
Suitable for everyone. 
Beginners, pregnant women and anyone recovering from injury or illness may find this practice beneficial.
